Ngurdoto Crater in the Southeast is grassland.
The shallow alkaline Momella Lakes in the Northeast have varying algal colors and are known for their wading birds. Arusha National Park is a home of a wide variety of species of birds. At the end of the day, you will drive back to Arusha for your overnight stay.

If you prefer to travel in the months of December – March, we can easily adapt the program to visit the Ndutu area instead of the Northern area of Serengeti National Park. At the start of the year, the Great Migration is located in Ndutu, where the wildebeest give birth to their babies.
If you like to end your safari with some days of relaxation at the beach, you can extend this itinerary with a stay on the beautiful island of Zanzibar. We are happy to arrange that for you. This option is currently not included in this package.
